Forms & intakes
Open website and project forms for your Studio pipeline. Use Review → contract for website offers.
Pay links: Manual only open a contract row → Add pay link, paste the Stripe URL for that client only, then Save & send. Shared package links are no longer auto-filled (prevents mix-ups).
Contracts
Every send, accept, download, or “email me a copy” also writes HTML under portal-app/data/contracts/. Cancel keeps a record; Delete removes the row (a pre-delete copy is still saved).

Safe promote path
- Keep CRM OFF on all live brands (Modules).
- Enable CRM only on
labwhile building Phase 1+. - Optional: staging Portal on port 8092 with a DB copy (
data-staging). - When ready: enable CRM on one client brand, smoke 15 min, then more packs.
Email routes choose who forms, intakes, and reviews go to, and which address they send from.
Password-reset codes always go to the customer’s email. Workspace must allow each From as Send mail as.
