Your listings guide

How to add, edit, and publish luxury properties on your website from the owner desk — step by step.

Updated 2026-08-06 Listings module Your site only
Your desk only. You manage Leonardo Armas Real Estate — not other 100 Club brands. Public visitors see properties on your site; they never edit in this portal.

01 Open your desk

  1. Go to your site and open Account, or use the link The 100 Club sent you.
  2. Sign in with your Site Owner email and password.
  3. Open the owner desk → left menu → Listings.
  4. Direct link (when signed in): business.html?site=leonardo-armas then Listings.
Public site (preview): http://127.0.0.1:8088/ · Properties: /listings

02 Turn Listings on (if needed)

  1. On the Listings tab, check Listings module on for this brand.
  2. Or Home → Request features → check Listings → submit (Studio enables if you cannot toggle).
  3. Do not use Shop for homes — Shop is products only.

03 Add a property (single listing)

  1. Click New listing.
  2. Title — e.g. “Mesa Crest Estate” (required).
  3. Subtitle — short luxury line (optional).
  4. Status
    • Active — on the market
    • Pending — under contract
    • Sold — shows as sold
    • Coming soon — tease before launch
  5. Type — estate, house, condo, townhome, land, commercial, other.
  6. Price — whole dollars (e.g. 4850000). Or leave blank and set Price label to “Price upon request”.
  7. Address / City / State / ZIP — used for map link on the detail page.
  8. Beds, baths, sq ft, year built — sq ft animates on your public site.
  9. Description — full story. Highlights — one perk per line.
  10. Virtual tour URL — optional Matterport / video link.

04 Photos

  1. Under Photos, choose JPG, PNG, or WebP (max ~8 MB each).
  2. You can select multiple files; they upload one after another.
  3. First photo is the cover on the grid and featured strip.
  4. Use × on a thumbnail to remove a photo, then Save listing.
Tip. Use wide, well-lit exterior as the first image — it is what visitors see first.

05 Open house, agent, MLS

06 Save, preview, archive

  1. Click Save listing.
  2. Open your public site → Properties (or /listings) and hard-refresh if needed (Ctrl+F5).
  3. Click a card to open the detail page (gallery, facts, open house, agent).
  4. Archive hides the listing from the public site (you can still see it in the desk).

07 Import many at once (CSV)

  1. Click Sample CSV — download the header row and example lines.
  2. Fill your spreadsheet with titles, prices, addresses, beds, baths, sqft, agent, mls_id, etc.
  3. Click Import CSV → paste or choose the file → Run import.
  4. If a row has the same mls_id as an existing listing, it updates that listing instead of creating a duplicate.

Useful columns: title, status, property_type, price, address, city, state, zip, beds, baths, sqft, year_built, description, highlights, agent_name, mls_id, open_house_start, open_house_end, featured, image_url

08 What the public sees

09 Not included (yet)

Those can be planned later as a partner add-on. You can still type MLS numbers and paste photo files yourself.
